For all urgent appointments, it is required that you undertake a symptom assessment through Doctorlink.
To access the online symptom checker, you will need to register following the Doctorlink link. The symptom checker will ask you a number of questions to help to identify your problem. The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self-care.
If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required at Brocklebank Practice, you will need to click on the request appointment link. Once the request has been submitted, you will then be contacted by the practice team, to arrange an appointment within the identified time frame (as outlined in the outcome of your symptom checker). The information you provide will be shared with our clinical team (where appropriate) and will assist in providing robust information of your problem to the required clinical team member, prior to your appointment.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

We can arrange to have your prescriptions automatically sent to a pharmacy of your choice. And this can be amended on an ad hoc basis should you need it elsewhere in this country, for example, when on holiday. Don't forget to let us know when you're back home though please!

Accessible Information Standard (AIS)
The Accessible Information Standard aims to make sure that disabled people have access to information that they can understand and any communication support they might need.
Should you have any requirements or know of a patient who needs support, please let us know and we will help, for example by issuing information in large print or putting a patient in touch with a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter, email or braille.

Donation box for new/unused hygiene products (wet wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorants, socks & pants, etc) at reception.
We will be on the move - a long way off but we have had confirmation that there will be new premises for Brocklebank practice which will be on the corner of Swaffield Road and Garratt Lane. There has been a local public consultation of the development and the Council have agreed to proceed. We will keep you up-to-date on further developments.
