Monday 6 May 2019 - Bank Holiday
The surgery will be closed on Monday 6th May for the Bank Holiday. If you become ill over the closed period please dial NHS 111 who will determine if you need an appointment at one of the hub surgeries open over the long weekend. You may also like to consider getting advice from the pharmacy: click here Wandsworth pharmacies open on Monday 6 May for Wandsworth pharmacies which are open on Monday 6th May (this includes if you have forgotten to order repeat medication and have run out, pharmacies may be able to provide patients with emergency supplies). Please note that hospital A&E is for emergencies only.
The practice will reopen on Tuesday 7th May as normal.
We are no longer using e-consultations. Our new online consultation service can be accessed through Doctorlink. Please click the link below to register.
If you have previously bookmarked e-consultations please delete it and add Doctorlink instead.
For all urgent appointments, it is required that you undertake a symptom assessment through Doctorlink.
To access the online symptom checker, you will need to register following the Doctorlink link. The symptom checker will ask you a number of questions to help to identify your problem. The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self-care.
If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required at Brocklebank Practice, you will need to click on the request appointment link. Once the request has been submitted, you will then be contacted by the practice team, to arrange an appointment within the identified time frame (as outlined in the outcome of your symptom checker). The information you provide will be shared with our clinical team (where appropriate) and will assist in providing robust information of your problem to the required clinical team member, prior to your appointment.
