To use the online booking service for appointments , repeat prescriptions and access to medical records you will need a PIN number. This can be issued by the practice on production of photo identification (passport or photo driving licence). You can then register on the system and set a password which only you will know. Once you have done this you will be able to book and cancel appointments online and order repeat prescriptions.
Appointments can be booked or cancelled online, 24 hours a day.

How to register for an online booking account

If you are requesting access on behalf of your children this can be done for appointment booking and repeat medication but NOT for medical records, complete the request form below

Step two: Take the completed form(s) to the practice reception with your photo ID. You will be given all the information you need to create an account.
Step three: Visit the Patient Access site to create your account. Enter your personal registration details exactly as they appear on the registration form. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.
You are now ready to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online.
Once registered, simply log on with your practice ID, patient ID and password. You can view any appointments you have already made, cancel them if necessary, or book a new appointment after checking which times are available.
When you book an appointment online, you will receive confirmation immediately. There is no need to re-confirm by email or telephone – just arrive promptly on the day and use the patient arrival system to check in on arrival.
Access to medical records can be given using the same application form. Please note, access to medical records may take up to 2 weeks to authorise as requests need to be dealt with by a GP who needs to review the entire medical record. If you have already have an account for Online Appointments and Medications but now want to get access to your medical records on line, please use the application form above and you will need to provide photo ID again as these are highly confidential documents and we need to be sure that access is only granted to the correct person.
