Please note that we do not accept request's for medication, whether repeat or acute, over the phone. All request for medication need to be made in writing, either by letter to the practice, sending or handing in the right side of your previous prescription or by using Patient Access app (if you are registered for this- details for registration are on the prescriptions tab on this website), or you can go to the prescriptions tab above and complete the request form for your medication. To be fair to all Patients we are unable to make exceptions to this.

Improving access to general practice: evening and weekend appointments
Patients who are registered at this practice continue to be able to book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on weekday late evenings (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday after 6.30pm) or on Saturday (GP only). From now, patients who wish to be seen in late (after 6.30 and before 8pm) on Wednesday and Friday and on Saturday afternoon and Sundays will be able to book into appointments at an alternative NHS setting in Wandsworth. Talk to reception to find out more or book an appointment.
Are you a carer? We are keen to know if you are looking after someone so we can support you with carer consultations and guide you to other support. Please let the clinician or the reception staff know if you would like it recorded on your record that you have carer responsibilities for another person and if you have not yet had a yearly review please book a consultation.
Patients who register for on-line access are able to make and cancel GP appointments, order repeat medication and view medical records 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
